Any tips on to beat him, because he's minions keep knocking me off the horse and when I try to chase him, he speeds off and is hard catch. I have the guide but it doesn't say how to beat him just that I have too!!
AND any other tips that you feel might be helpful I will be oh so grateful........THNX

It was hard for me too! How I did it:
When the scene started, I raced up on my horse as fast as I can (pressed A to speed every chance I had (GC version)), hit him once or twice, he sped up some so i'd wait for my horse kicks to get back up, then I caught back up with him and repeated the process. I know it's hard, but just try to dodge the minions (ignore them completely), and focus on Mr. Big Hog.

Take care of the minions around you and for a while you'll be alone which is when you chase after him and slash away.

Also right after that part, you face him on a bridge, you go to the left or the right of him and swing your sword to knock him off!

dude, you shoot him down with your arrows and you slice him up when you get close.
