Greetings! Lost all of my photos and music once while rebuilding one computer just as I was about to back up to the new machine the old machine failed. I had great success with a program called "Test Disk". It allowed me to recover my partitions. as a "Semi-Expert" it wasn't easy to use, but it worked for me. Read the instructions carefully!
Unlike other programs that have a limit on how much you can recover for free, or a price tag of several hundred dollars. "Test Disk" is open source and works very well. One thing however, there may be a problem if the lost files are on an "NTFS" partition. Sorry, I went from Windoze 98 to "Linux". I avoided the "Microsoft Merry-Go-Round".

I'm afraid your files are gone, However there is a program called Easy Recovery Professional that may be able to help you out. Available at: http://www.ontrack.com/easyrecoveryprofessional/ It has a free trial, but the full version is around $500 or something. You can use the trial to see if your files can be saved.

U can retrive the files for sure, either u can contact the local who will burn the files on the cd using another computer and the software ,
Else if it is very important data then u have to contact the Drive saver 1800 440 1904 , but they are very expensive

Who instructed you that your person information are risk-free? even if it really is a 'equipment fix' your information at the instantaneous are not deleted. A 'equipment fix' from the producer makes your workstation revert to production unit situation and each of the records created meanwhile are deleted. yet, open Window Explorer. C:records and Settings>see if the person id is there and open up the folders and verify.
