Wait, did someone actually say that Peyton has better sportsmanship than Brady. What the heck is that answerer smoking.

Brady is a better QB because when it comes down to it, the buck stops here. In more than one press conference he has stepped up and said, 'I did blah blah blah wrong, I take responsibility' Throughout Peyton's entire career he's blamed the Defense, or the Offensive Line, or whomever.

Brady takes whatever Kraft/Pioli/Belicheck has given him and works miracles with it. Take David Patten for instance, he was a star on the Patriots while Brady was throwing to him. Where is he now. Same with Branch, and Givens. They were stars on the Pats, now where are they. They're not bad, but they're not the same without Brady.

Peyton on the other hand, has two of the highest paid stars in the game catching his passes, how can you compare that to the mid-level recievers that Brady has had.

Now, this season will be a whole different ballgame, the Pats front office has come up with the goods, so we'll see what Brady can do with Stallworth and Welker.

Peyton got GIVEN his Super Bowl. Colts fans, he's good, he'll be in the Hall of Fame, he'll have tons of records, but don't hold your breath that he'll ever be on the same level as Tom Brady.

Brady, no doubt about it. 3 superbowl rings, 2 superbowl MVP's. He's never had the weapons Manning has had until this offseason(Stallworth, Washington, Welker). Brady can turn any WR or TE into a gamebreaker, look how bad Brady's old targets have done since leaving the Pats, it's unbelievable how he can make anyone look great.

Brady is also a strong leader, the defense even listen to him...I've never seen that on another team besides when Montana played. Brady will finish with 4 or 5 superbowls, Manning at the most 2.

Plus Brady is dating Giselle Bundchen...that should be enough right there lol =)

Peyton Manning duh!!!!!!!!!!
Tom brady??? Yeah right people say that he has done a lot with that kind of receiving crop but hey, it was the defense of the Patriots that did all (well not all but most) work for him getting what he has. also compare how many interceptions they have Brady has 12 and Manning has 9 Peyton is slightly better than Brady

Some people say Peyton has more advantage because of the receiving crop the Colts had but I think Peyton is the one that made the receivers better. Before Peyton came to Colts, Marvin Harrison got 870 yds. Look what kind of player he is now.

Peyton is better

I do think Brady is good, but good isn't what you would describe Peyton Manning as. Peyton Manning would better be described as legendary, or incredible. True, Tom Brady has been to the Super Bowl more, but that's because the patriots just do better as a team in the playoffs abd the colts as a team choke in the playoffs. But I do think, it's not even close, Peyton Manning is WAAAAAY better.

Brady is the better QB.He doesn't have Manning's numbers, but he does have three Super Bowl rings. He produces the greatest in the post-season when the weather's a threat. Brady has won 95% of his games as a starter (21-1) when the temperature is below 40. One major factor is Brady can scramble better. Also he does it with okay recievers, unlike Manning who has many weapons.

tom brady has 3 rings and a pretty mediocre team that he makes playoff and super bowl caliber.

peyton manning has 1 ring and is on a team with 2 of the best wide recievers in the league a great offensive line and just as good a running game as the patriots.

winner-Patriots.

Peyton Manning has always been better than Brady, we probably wouldnt even be asking this question if it wasnt for the imfamous "tuck rule" a couple of years ago, yeah peyton has the better recieving core, but what would they be without him, do you think Jim Sorgi can put up the same exact numbers Peyton would? Tom Brady has been getting exposed every since Charlie Weiss took the Notre Dame job, he just an average player who lucked up and fell into the right situation at the right time.

Peyton Manning, hands down.

Brady has 3 rings, yes, but he wouldn't be anywhere without the defense he has and the receivers.. He is a mediocre player at most.

Peyton Manning owns tons of the QB records already, and he has 4-5 GREAT years left, then he will go on a downfall. In those 4-5 years, he will take the rest of the QB records, easily. Peyton Manning has MUCH better sportmanship then Brady. Why? When Brady throws an INT, he bishes, and about cries as he tries to beg for a pass interference call, then when he doesn't get it, he blames the receiver. When Manning throws one of his rare INTs, he gets mad, but does he blame the WR? No, he doesn't, he blames himself then gets to the sideline and works his arm and goes through his playbook. ALSO, Manning is a FIELD GENERAL, he calls his own plays, audible, and has GREAT field vision to read the defense AND catch the D when they have 12 men on the field. Manning has much better power and accuracy.

Manning all the waaaaaaaay to the hall of faaaaaame!!

it depends on what you mean by better. peyton is more accurate and has a stronger arm. however tom brady is quickly turning into a true feild general whos other players will follow him and believe that he will get them to the superbowl. peyton is much better at running a no huddle offense and will probably make a hell of an offensive coordinator one day and maybe even a head coach. tom brady plays on instinct and feel while peyton plays with his head and his heart. he is a smart smart quarterback who would flourish with any team i think tom brady would have serious trouble if he played for a team that did not have a strong offensive line. he is not sure what to do under pressure and has a tendancy to throw interceptions when he is pressured. peyton is is more veratile and will switch to short dump passes, inside routes and swing passes when he has a lot of pressure. so i guess what i am saying is both are guys i would build a team around and they are this generations steve young and troy aikmen.

I vote for Brady....especially after accomplishing what he did this year with basically nothing to work with in the way of receivers...Tom Brady is the best quarterback in recent memory as far as the ability to elevate he teammates' game...as a fan here in Steeler Nation, I shudder to think what he's going to be capable of with these new weapons he's being given this coming season.

That doesn't mean that Manning lacks that quality....it's just that he really hasn't had to exhibit it yet...he's always had excellent talent around him.
