Yes, it's a four-year school. However, if you are planning to be a doctor, you don't start out in medical school - you apply after you have a four-year degree. So you don't want to do your undergraduate at Johns Hopkins, they probably will tell you to go somewhere else to get your medical degree.

I'm applying there, so I might go. And yes, it's a 4-year college.
Also, it's called Johns Hopkins, not John Hopkins.
