I had steak and beer batter shrimp for dinner tonight. It was really good. Some penne pasta, garden salad, sour dough bread. It was a good dinner.

I had popcorn, and I'm gonna make a sandwich. Here is the "recipe"
Take 3 pieces of bread and toast them. Then, butter one side of two of them, and then both sides of one. While the toast is uhhh, toasting, Cook some bacon, doesn't matter how many, then get some tomatoes and turkey and mayo(if you like it). Take one piece of toast, one of them that you buttered one side with, and put two pieces of turkey on it. Then, add some lettuce if you have it. Put the both sides buttered piece on top of that and put two more pieces of turkey, then your bacon, then your tomatoe. PLace the last piece of toast on after you put some mayo on it and lightley salt it.
Trust me it is great I have it all the time.

I'd like to have gnocchi, mmmmmm! But I think we're going with pizza tonight. Gnocchi takes a while to make, but well worth it!

Hmmm...what a dilemma. Not sure here myself. But I should eat grease and protein to absorb the beer I am about to consume...What a combo! I torture my body!

He grilled out porterhouse steaks and made red potatoes with feta cheese and green onion and I made green beans and a choc cake with choc peanut butter frosting....whee!!

We had spaghetti w/meat sauce. Italian sausage, Salad,
Warm crusty bread ! And it was darned good too !
