Gel Electrophoresis with E-Gel?

I accidentally didn't hold the button down on the machine long enough when I was starting the prerun. Then i restarted it correctly and continued as I was supposed to. Will my error cause any problems because I had it running twice?

No; the smaller segments will still move further. You shouldn't have any problems.
