she is smoking and i want to help her stop. shes like 13 or 14

the best thing to do is go to her parents and let them handle it, you can't make someone stop smoking, for they will just try and do it when you are not around, but getting her parents involved is the way to go in my book, cause they need to know and they can deal with her.

Tell her all the important things about smoking.Tell her that it can do some real bad damage to her lungs and body and mind.Please tell her to stop.If she does not stop with you telling her you HAVE TO TELL HER PARENTS!!!She might not like you for awhile,but you are helping her.She will thank you soon.

Take her to a cancer ward. I have had multiple family members die from cancer. She is pretty young to have formed a strong habit, so the laser treatments and hypnotizing may be a waste. You have to get her to want to quit.

You should take her to a doctor or tell her wat cud happen to her and her body.Trust me I noe.
