wow that is crazy that it would stay there that long the sperm are dead now but if the condom came off inside u yea there is a chance and just so u know next time you have sex you may want to go in the bathroom and clean yourself up and check your vagina after wards to see if there is anything left behind

How old are you and was this your first time? Seriously, if you have to ask a question like this, you're not mature enough to be having sex.
Once sperm hits the air, it dies. But left inside a condom and then left in the vagina, you could be pregnant. I cannot possibly imagine how you could leave it in there intentionally unless you were knocked out for 3 days. It makes no sense. Even a virgin would know something isn't right. You should seek some professional help as soon as possible and take a test soon. Good luck.

You can get pregnant even when the condom remains in place. With it being inside you for 3 days yes that gives you a higher chance of becoming pregnant. Why would you wait that long before taking it out??

Yes - if a condom slips off during sex or before being withdrawn, it's possible for the sperm to escape and make their way up the fallopian tubes to fertilise the egg. You should definitely take a pregnancy test in two weeks - and next time ensure that your partner holds on to the rim of the condom as he withdraws.

What are the chances that you will not notice a condom in you for 3 days. I would be more worried about an infection than getting pregnant. It is possible but weird.

Why would you want a condom inside you for 3 days? That's weird. And yes you could get pregnant. It has SPERM. Sperm lives rougly 3-5 days.

yes you can get pregnant in 3 days the sperm has plenty of time to leak out and do its work

you can't get pregnant that way but for sanitary reasons you might want to get the condom out of you. if you can't get it out yourself head to the doctors. i'm sure they've seen all kind of things stuck up there in the vagina.
