Good on you for having done that first day. A big step in your life. It's different to being in school or just laying around, but hang in there and it will get better. Make sure you drink lots of water and have your breaks when due. Sometimes other workers will try out the new boy the first few days and put extra work on them, if you can handle it for the few few weeks, it will get better. Good luck on your future.

Well, of course you're tired. You're doing hard manual labor. Your body needs time to adjust....after about 2 weeks your muscles will have gotten used to the routine and it won't be so brutal.

In the meantime, get lots of rest, drink lots of water, and take hot baths or showers to ease the stiff muscles. You'll adapt, really you will.

It will get easier every day. But drink lots of water and eat enough food.

You'll get used to it. It just takes time to get used to new things.

make sure to drink something with electrolites (powerade, gatorade) because water will cause you to pee out your salts and make you get some cramps.
