Star Wars (original IV,V,VI) for sci-fi Matrix should be here too
Lord of the Rings for fantasy
Die Hard for action
Indiana Jones for adventure
X-Men for comic fix
There really are so many other good trilogies and other series as well, 007 comes to mind, so really it depends on what you like. Enjoy watching them!

The Lord of the Rings. I love the way Peter Jackson brought this to the screen. I have the original versions on dvd and my brother has the special additions. I would recommend either one.
