I Just colored by hair from a dark brown/red to a light brown with blond streaks, i have an oval face, and a medium sin tone color. When i had dark hair i used a sparkle eye shadow and black mascarra and eyeliner and it really brought my eyes out, but now with a lighter hair it just doesnt really do anything, i have really bright blue eyes. Its kind of a weird questions but I cant find out what color is right.
