it wont happen dear. The reason bangladesh managed to beat india is because they have a group of players who are brave , experienced and full of youthful exuberence.
in short they were very much determined to win against india. Also, their fans have fewer expectations than their indian counterparts. Sometimes high expectations can put extra pressure on players in World Cup matches and affect their performance. Thus even a "slight" negative effect in each of the eleven players can add upto something huge. Which is what happenend in India's game.
Pakistan on the other hand seemed to have lost their confidence completely. It started with the loss of of key bowlers in Asif, Shoaib and Shabbir Ahmed (stopped playing last year). To make matters worse, Abdur Razzaq missed the world cup due to knee injury and afridi missed the first two matches due to his 4 match ban.
Pakistan team batted horribly against west indies and they seemed kind of "lost" against Ireland.
Canada and Netherlands dont have the bowlers to upset a teams like Eng and Australia. However, Ireland might give england, and bangladesh a run for their money in super 8s.
So keep watching the game keenly because ultimately the most talented, calm and consistent teams are the ones that normally win world cups.

I think these results will be even more unlikely as Bangladesh and Ireland look like much stronger teams than the Dutch and the Canadians.
But anyway i will be barracking for the Canadians tomorrow. I hope they give England a thrashing.

Bangladesh has created upsets many times in the past by defeating Australia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and India and are capable of making such upsets. However, Ireland winning against Pakistand is a major upset. Such defeats will defenitely dent the confidence of the loosing teams and they will try hard to come out of the upset.

No! You should watch every match from now if something like that happens. It's great to see wonderful performances from officially lesser ratede teams.

Yeah! Go Canada! Then we'll have three sports to brag about: hockey, lacrosse, and cricket!

Well if that happens (and I don't think it will but you never know), at least Ireland's still in it.
