Wow Thomiss...maybe I am missing it, but a tramp stamp is an old term for a tatt on a female.
SO HECK YES IT IS OK FOR MEN TO HAVE A TRAMP STAMP....But I am not sure that is what they call them for guys....lets make up a term....

I think it's okay if a guy has a nice midsection. Although tramp stamps tend to be a bit fem to me.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it, but for some reason this type of tattoo makes some guys look feminine.... As if he, ya know-- likes to be fondled back there.
