Weekdays it's 10:00 pm cuz I have to get up at 5:30 am for work.
Weekends it's 12:00 pm or later cuz I get to sleep in!

I believe that 6 hours is all the sleep a 'normal' body needs. Anything over 8 is unhealthy.
22:30 would have to be a good time to sleep.
Another interesting thing is the fact that we sleep for 8 hours, that is a third of a day. So if i am 20 years old and i live to 80 years old i would have spent 20 years of that time just sleeping!
