What if you were a male in highschool and at a party you have a one night stand with the school ho. Anyways, after that night she wants to date you and see you again but you are not interested at all, you were just drunk at the party and she was a complete mistake. You tell her sorry but remain some-what friends with her since you all have mutal friends.
2 months later she tells you she is pregnant and you are the father. She says the only way you will ever be able to see the baby is if you date her. You say no because you don't like her like that and say when the baby is born you want a paternity test since you know for fact she has slept with many of your friends and lord only knows who else and you used protection that one night with her.
9 months later the baby is born and she refuses to let you see it unless you date her. She demands you give her money for child support although she refuses to accept things like diapers and formula. She also demands you give her $500

for a paternity test. You go to a lawyer and they say the paternity test will be free since she is native american and her tribe will pay for it. You tell her this and she refuses to get the free paternity test but still demands money for child support. People start saying you are a dead-beat dad and stuff but she is the one who refuses to get the free paternity test. What do you do? Keep in mind you are only 17.

stay focused. reps like "school ho" are rarely deserved, never helpful.
trying to use a baby as blackmail-bait is the mark of a true psycho.
shoulda helped pay for the abortion. no way is that psycho gonna be a good mom.
two choices: assume she wont do the test because its not his, forget it and walk away. Or: get paternity test by court order or bribery, to sue for custody. get that child away from the psycho.

You go to child services. They will force her to take the paternity test and if he is the father, they will tell him how much he HAS to pay for his child based on his income. Then you go to court and get your visitation schedule. There is nothing a girl can do to stop you from being the father if you want to be in the child's life.

My, I hope this hasen't happened anywhere.
But I personally think that this girl is a cheap-skap. I mean if I were the male I would pay just because when you think about it, the baby didn't come into this world with just one person.
Also the baby is related to you.
Also this event will haunt you forever.
Also it is the right thing to do. If you help the child have a normal life, one were he/she gets what is needed in life they will be better off.
Just think of the baby, is what I would have to say.

Do absolutely nothing until she agrees to the paternity test.....then wait for your results. Can't a lawyer make her get one or schedule the baby for one????

What you do is hang this story up in the high school as a deterent to associating with girls you don't love. By the way this guy sounds like he needs to repeat a grade or two. Are you his girlfriend? Vendetta?

wow she sounds kind of crazy. If someone if that obsessed with you, maybe you should just sit down and talk to her. Or date her long enough to get a paternity test and then dump her and knwo if the baby is yours or not. she obbviously got some issues but remember alwasy wear protection..you got yourself intot hat mess and yahoo answer certainly cant get you out

take her to court. child support is not an "admissin fee" yes you should pay her but i think it is good that you offer other things, take her to court and get the test, and ask for visitation.
