Too hot is when your skin sizzles and blisters, I think you know that though, I'm not sure if their is a safety bath temp. their probably is but I like my baths nice and hot, hot enough where my skin is red from heat, So I say like the other lady said where your comfortable, you'll know when it's too hot.

It depends how comfortable you feel in the water. Culture also plays a part, for example in Japan hot spring temperature can go over 40degrees yet the Japanese are happy to soak in that water for ages and find it relaxing. In England I found 36degrees or under comfortable for the people living there. A little above body temperature should be fine for you

Put your bath temperature at whichever is comfortable. If you are scalding hot, turn it down! If you are frreezzinng...turn it up! When you are satisfied and relaxed and feel like you could be in there forever, thats the temperature it should be at. (and don't worry. your skin is strong and firm, and wont burn from your body unless you have scalding hot items on your body- ex: fire...

well the average bath temperature is 104 degrees, so maybe around a 106 would be pretty hot.

i always come out of the bath realllly red. so i dont think it matters. as long as it feels good, theres probably no way to burn yourself, it would hurt!

Test it with your elbow or wrist. It shouldn't be steaming hot--that's not good for you. It shouldn't make your skin all red when you get out--that's too hot.
