Im not circumzied and my penis head is dry. I went to the doctor and he said I just had alittle irritation. Its been about a mounth since I went to the doctor and I still have the problem. My head appears cracked and hurts in some areas. What is this?

That condition is strange because it would be rather rare in an uncircumcised guy, as the foreskin usually covers the glans (penis head) and thus protects it from drying out. If your foreskin is short enough that at least part of the glans is uncovered when you don't have an erection, then it's possible.
Try using a moisturizing lotion on the area, perhaps one with aloe vera would work well. If this doesn't solve it, go back to the doctor.

Try using lubricant on it . That may help.
