OH GOD! Plucked!! Not all the way so you can barely see them, but definitely pluck them.

Laura San Giacomo and Brooke Shields have great eyebrows. Plucked and painted on looks scary.

I'm not a guy but i'll answer another way:
It depends how thick they are. I wouldn't want a guy to look queery with his eyebrows plucked-out. And I don't like guys with bushy eyebrows you can hardly see his eyes!

If you mean...how do men like brows on women, does it matter? You should wear your brows how you like to wear them and how they look best on you, not how someone else likes them.
