To the ears, to the neck, and to the shoulders all sound good. I love long hair on guys....in a way, it is masculine. Funny, on girls it is feminizing but on guys it is masculine (to me anyway). I'm not for sure about to the waist, but maybe.....who knows?
My hair is to my "bum"...so, I guess I just like long hair in general.

Depends on the guy and their face, usually I like short to medium hair on guys. The longest is to the neck.

it depends on the guy some look better with long hair some with short some shaved each person has there on style its like some girls can look good without make up and some cant /each person has to match their looks with their personality that is what makes us different

It depends... some guys look better with short hair while others look better with long hair, well--to the ear that is... no longer than cheek length. I wouldn't like my guy to have longer hair than me...

My husband has blonde hair to his waist. I really like long hair but short looks awesome also. Oh and lets not forget bald (very hot)!!!
