AT 4:00 pacific time it would be 7:00 eastern; 6:00 central; and 5:00 mountain time.

AT 5:00 pacific time it would be 8:00 eastern; 7:00 central; and 6:00 mountain time.

So as you can see, add 3 hours to get to Eastern Time from Pacific time.

As I may have said it before,the time from the Pacific is somewhat three hour differs from the Eastern.So; 5:00pm pt.-8:00pm est. Move up to the facts, because the world time is more stress than your question.
