The herb Pycnogenol cured my chronic fatigue. 300 mg/day until symptoms relieved, then back off to whatever works best for you. I have been taking 50/day for the past 12 years. I'm still fine.

I had to look this up on the internet. Never heard of it, sorry!
Everything I read was a bit on the heavy medical-terms side, but if I understand it right, it LOOKS like something wrong with the chemicals in your body.
I would suggest that you do DAILY aerobics to get the metabolism up higher. A simple and effective one is Jumping Jacks. Do 2-3 to start. Pause, rest, then do 1-3 more, etc.
Goal is to do 100 per day. I do mine in intervals of 10-40, depending upon how I feel that day. Sometimes I do 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 at night. Other days I feel GREAT and I have done 200 total for the entire day!!
Hope this helps. Give it a week to see if there is any difference.

I've been battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 4 years now and when I got this system I was probably at the lowest point of my life. I had no energy at all and was in constant pain. I hated myself and hated the doctors who all shrugged it off and told me I just needed to take it easy or that I simply needed to have proper sleep!
This have completely changed my life. Barely 3 weeks on this system, and my brain fog and headaches are gone completely! I can now also manage to go for a 20 minute brisk walk without feeling exhausted.

I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue as well and absolutely nothing helped but I can tell you what finally did and it isn't a drug it's a vitamin and supplement called Double X. It's produced by Nutrilite which is the number one vitamin and supplement company in the world. Anyway I always thought vitamins and stuff were dumb but this guarenteed that i'd have energy all day or they'd give me 100% of my money back so I thought hey i have nothing to lose. It helped soooo much I cannot believe it. Now of course you aren't going to be full of energy the first time you take it but you will notice a major difference in the first couple of days. Like I said they guarentee that you'll have energy all day if you take it every day like they say or they will totally give you all your money back. It's not available in stores because they are privately held but you can go to http://www.adrennan.qhealthzone.com Im telling you this will help and hey if you don't like it just get your money back.

I had chronic fatigue syndrome. It turned out that the reason why *I* had it, was because I had nutrient deficiencies of B vitamins, healthy cholesterol, & more due to a food allergy that prevented me from absorbing the nutrients from my food.
I'd get checked for food allergies and nutrient deficiencies if I were you. Go to a good nutritionist.
I'd been going to regular doctors for YEARS trying to fix my chronic fatigue and depression (also caused by nutrient deficiencies). They thought it was all in my head. All they wanted to do is prescribe me antidepressants which did NOTHING.
I've dealt with my food allergies and now I'm OK =)
Hope this helps.

Chronic fatigue can be a result of body toxicity. I have had clients that have found benefit from colonics to detox the body and sewer pipe, combined with eating more natural unprocessed foods and a good daily intake of water. Probiotics to boost the good flora in the gut are also of benefit particularly whilst having colonics.
Mercury fillings can also cause vague symptoms of unwellness particularly in a person who is sensitive to heavy metal toxins. good luck.

If you don't want to take any drugs, you can try a clay treatment (three weeks, three times per day). It contains many minerals (it's natural) and it'll boost your energy up and you will feel much better. Also, it will absorb and eliminate the toxins from your body. Your health will improve in general. You can find a good quantity for a good price at www.clayforlife.com

Chronic fatigue is a combination of problems. Mostly it's a lack of unsaturated oils in your body cells. When the cells get hard, from the lack of oils, they don't let oxygen and glucose penetrate the walls of the cell. Less cells working means less energy.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, excerise, proper diet, sufficient water intake, and reduce the stress in your life. You could also take panax ginseng it will boost your energy levels for 4 hours along with your immune system and is available at most health food stores.
