I don't so much OVERLOOK flaws as Look at flaws. You know, I think that it is peoples "flaws" that make them unique and individual. If we had no flaws, wouldn't life be pretty freaking boring. :)

Since we all have one flaw or another yes, I always look for the good in people not the bad.

Yes, most of the time. However, sometimes I lose it and cannot control myself. At that point, I blow up and let the person know how I feel about certain things. I don't ruin our relationship..I'm the type of person who only gives constructive criticism in a tone that doesn't put anyone down.
