An undergraduate degree is an B.A. I know someone that is doing residency and they are going for their masters which is a postgraduate program. You might want to see a couselor and ask for some advice. Why don't you check with Kaplan University online?!

In the U.S., Associate (2-year) and Bachelor (4-year) diplomas are "undergraduate" degrees, as opposed to "graduate" degrees, usually titled Master or Doctorate.

In your case, a B.S. in Nursing should be fine for future studies in a medical school, although it is recommended that you take a "pre-med" track to ensure that you complete all the prerequisite courses needed for med school.

Step 1) Get a B.S. or a B.A. degree (aka undergrad degree)
Step 2) Get into medical school

No matter what you choose for a BA/BS degree just make sure you also fulfill the prerequistes for medical school.
Often times getting your first degree in biology or chemistry will help you prepare for med school. There are others who can get a degree in geography and still get in to med school - they just have to fulfill the requirements for their degree in addition to prereq's for med school.

Please don't make the term harder for you than it needs to be. The term "undergraduate" simply means a college or university student who has not yet received their first degree especially a bachelors degree yet. Just pass the points out now. No need to keep me waiting. LOL Take care honey

Stick to some other field, please.

A good pre-med undergraduate degree would possibly be biology, etc.
