It depends on what stage of pregnancy you are talking about. During early pregnancy, if you're sick a lot, you could lose weight. And it's not unusual to drop a few pounds right at the end of the pregnancy- it can be a sign that labor will be soon. But through most of your pregnancy you should be gaining, and if you're not you need to make sure you're eating healthy, and talk to your O.B.

Sometimes women who are overweight to start with might lose some weight during pregnancy as their body starts nourishing the baby. As long as the baby is showing signs of normal growth and weight gain it shouldn't be seen as a significant problem. My sister was pretty overweight when she got pregnant and when all was said and done she only gained 10lbs but gave birth to a healthy 8lb baby.

Some women who have severe nausea might even lose weight because if their inability to hold anything down. This is a more serious condition than the one listed above and should you should be seen by a dr. If mom isn't getting any nutrition, neither is baby.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

It depends on what your weight was before you became pregnant, how much weight you've lost, and what trimester you are in. If you are in your first trimester and have really struggled with morning sickness (I have no idea why they call it that, I was sick every part of the day), then it would not be too uncommon to lose a couple of pounds. If you are past your first trimester and don't have morning sickness anymore, then I would definitely talk to your doctor. You don't want to risk your health and the health of your baby.

a lot of human beings lose some pounds interior the 1st trimester, yet 25 seems extreme. i do no longer understand what you think approximately huge, yet once you have been a small guy or woman till now the being pregnant, then dropping 25 pounds can not be in any respect healthful. i grow to be small when I have been given pregnant, and that i comprehend that if I lost 25 pounds i could have been hospitalized. you will only ought to attend and see waht your wellbeing care expert says...yet ascertain you're no longer weight-reduction plan. you pick that weight to maintain your twins.
