I also put any wrinkly clothing into the dryer with a dryer sheet, but it usually helps to get a towel wet or damp depending on the other clothes and throw it in as well. The moisture from the towel helps to loosen the wrinkles. As soon as the dryer stops, the clothes need to be hand smoothed, and neatly folded or hung.

The quickest way is not to iron at all. Shirts can be sprayed with water (non mineral or rain if you have it or just tap) a little and popped in the drier for a few minutes and then put on hangers straight away. When you hang clothes out to dry shake them well and straighten them out this will save on a lot of ironing as they may only need a touch up not a whole going over. Most clothes should be put away straight away and not in the ironing basket as just folding and straightening will be enough. Jeans and summer pants can be lightly sprayed and worn in warmer weather as body heat will straighten them enough. The main thing is to hang and put away the moment things have dried. This way not much ironing also whoever the clothes are for can learn how to touch up with the iron if they feel the clothes are not pressed enough. This is a good learning experience and saves your time for other more exciting and useful things perhaps even joining a gym and becoming fit and healthy---suprise them and maybe even yourself....

The quickest way is to make sure when you dry your clothes in the dryer, you get them right out. That eliminates a lot of ironing.
When I have to iron I do the shirts first, because I hate doing them, I start at the back, and then I do the fronts, and then the collar and then the sleeves. I hang it or fold it immediately, then I do all the straight pieces I use a steam iron, which really helps. If you put on music to sing by, it makes the chore go fast.

Ahhhh, this is the easiest hint, Place Tin foil under your ironing board cover, while you are ironing one side of your clothes the other side is being ironed by the hot side from the tin foil heating the ironing board cover, Whalla! you don't have to iron the other side it is done while you iron the top, done in under a minutes time, fast and easy and perfectly.
