Do you have to be hungry for your stomach to be empty? The reason I ask is because I am taking NITRIX and I have to take it on an empty stomach. I want to make sure I am not cancelling the affects of it.

Well your stomach spasms and you get this very odd but obvious feeling of a void in the pit of your gut. This is your stomach acids digesting the lining of your stomach because there are no food products inside of it.

you have to be starving.

hunger is what triggers your body to tell you when you need to consume calories, and keep you living

appetite, just eating cuz you want to but you're not hungry.

pretty much you still have food in you a bit... just until you're starving.
