you can actually tell just by looking at yourself down there with a mirror. it is kind of tough to tell though if you have no point of comparison. I never reallyrealised what my hymen looked like until I noticed it wasn't there anymore (after I began having sex). I'd say google to find a vaginal diagram with a hymen included and compare that to your own. your own hymen will likely be less obvious than that in any diagram but ti will give you a good idea. the hymen is a flap of skin that partially covers, or slightly narrows the vaginal opening. it is located at the opening of the vagina and so is quite visible if you look down there with a mirrow. If you have very little or no remaining hymen don't worry over it, many girls lose their in a variety of ways including those that you mentioned. it is also true that many girls are born with no hymen at all. good luck!

A doctor might be able to tell you if you really wanted to know. Don't think that your hymen is a huge deal. It's just a thin little membrane that partially covers your vaginal opening. If you've been using tampons for a while, then it's fairly likely that you might have already broken it, but not a guarantee. When you reach puberty, the hymen gets pretty elastic so tampons or even sex don't neccesarily break it. If is is somehow broken it's no big deal. You're still a virgin, and no one is going to think that you had sex just because your hymen is broken. Hymens come in all shapes and sizes, and change as you get older, so don't worry about it.

Why are you so worried anyway?

If you want to know more, look it up on Wikipedia or somewhere. Plenty of info.

An exam done by a gynocolgist could be done to determine if your hymen is still intact.
