How can i get riongtones for my cingular phone if i dont have internet on it but i have text messaging for it?

Only one way to download a ringtone off the internet without internet. Download it to your computer then transfer to your phone in the appropriate folder or you can have to have a website you text you a link to download the file. Doing so you would be transferring a few kb costing a few cents for internet.

go to the cingular website and download them from there
