It is cold right now in my living room and I turned on the heater. That dries the air so I turned on the humidifier as well. I would never do that in front of anyone else, it's a secret!! I live alone.

To answer your question - they help a great deal!!! They are very worth it. It is so much easier to breath, you feel like you've went on vacation somewhere where the air is nicer

I dont have one yet but i need one. The air is really dry, everyone has told me they help.
