The only tip I have is for you to relax.

The following friends were not trying at the same time

I have 3 friends. All spent years trying to conceive. After many doctor visits all 3 were told they would never conceive naturally. One went for alternative pregnancy options. Two decided they would start looking into adoption.
The first spent a year & much money with no results. She too finally decided to adopt.

The second did adopt a child & 6 months later found herself pregnant.

The 3rd found herself pregnant before they found a child to adopt. Eight years later she had a second child

The one who tried alternatives found herself pregnant 2 years later. They called this her miracle child. 6 years later she got pregnant again. And two years later her son was born.

They only thing anyone could figure out was that they had let go of all the pressure to get pregnant. Once the pressure was gone, nature did what it does best.

All three of them. It can't be a coincidence

I used Evening Primrose Oil after my AF until the day after ovulation. Also Red Clover (the liquid supplement) a drop or two under my tongue or in my green tea. I also used Mucinex once a day when I was ovulating (like 5 days) which is suppose to help with your cervical mucus. Like I tell everyone between those and Prenatal Vitamins and Folic Acid something happen and something worked because Im pregnant! I wish you luck and lots n lots of Baby Dust.

By the way the month I concieve I had already told myself that I was going to give up and not worry about being pregnant any longer. I siked myself out by saying I just wish my AF would come so that this trying to get pregnant stuff will be over! I gave up and thats when it happened ... I didn't need to try any longer I was pregnant so I do believe that stress and trying to hard greatly decrease your chances. I mean we worry about too much everyday as it is ... Best Wishes!

hope this helps, best of luck

Cervical mucus method (also known as the ovulation method) - This involves being aware of the changes in your cervical mucus throughout the month. The hormones that control the menstrual cycle also change the kind and amount of mucus you have before and during ovulation. Right after your period, there are usually few days when there is no mucus present or "dry days." As the egg starts to mature, mucus increases in the vagina, appears at the vaginal opening, and is white or yellow and cloudy and sticky. The greatest amount of mucus appears just before ovulation. During these "wet days" it becomes clear and slippery, like raw egg whites. Sometimes it can be stretched apart. This is when you are most fertile. About four days after the wet days begin the mucus changes again. There will be much less and it becomes sticky and cloudy. You might have a few more dry days before your period returns. Describe changes in your mucus on a calendar. Label the days, "Sticky," "Dry," or "Wet." You are most fertile at the first sign of wetness after your period or a day or two before wetness begins. This method is less reliable for some women. Women who are breastfeeding, taking hormonal contraceptives (like the pill) using feminine hygiene products, have vaginitis or sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), or have had surgery on the cervix should not rely on this method.

RELAX being stressed doesn't help, get drunk have plenty sex,and voilà pregnant (or should be)

Try mymonthlycharts.com that is what i am using at the moment. Im in exactly the same bout as u. Charting, taking folic acid...basically stressing myself out but that is the worst thing u could do for both u and ur partner. Jus chill out, have sex every other day especially on ur fertile days. What ive also read is, after intercourse stay lying on ur back, with a pillow under ur bum 2 lower ur pelvis, for about 20mins. This helps the sperm on its way.

I can't say if it's proven successful as I'm just trying it myself this cycle but why don't you have an orgasm after he's ejaculated as that's what it was designed for, to suck up sperm. My hubby says he's seen it on a documentary and it actually dips into the pool of semen each time you pulse! Amazing things our bodies hey! Also, it's guaranteed to relax you and thats gotta be good news!!! Gotta be worth a try and doesnt do you any harm xx Good luck!

Its a tough journey to travel,i've been trying to concieve now for four years and still nothing.Everyone says to me"stop thinking about it and it will happen when the time is right"Yeah right it makes me so mad as usually those people who say that all have kids.So im like you,whs next ,i guess the only thing we can do is change our diet and lifestyle and hope that if we keep trying we will fall pregnant.Goodluck to you and me.

Try the clearblue easy digital fertility monitor. It measures your estrogen and LH levels and tells you when you are at low, high, or peak fertility. Very helpful!

RELAX RELAX RELAX....that is the most important factor. but other than that, have you actually bought the ovulation kits in addition to the charts? charts can only give a guesstimate
