I dont know of any modem that needs to be turned off at night. if you leave them on your computer can run updates and any antivirus or other tools will also stay updated as long as you leave the pc & modem on. it doesnt hurt anything to be left on. and happy ST. Patty's day to you too.

ya i leave the modem on all the time if ya turn it off it will need to reset itself all the time. warner may inturpret it as someone trying to hack your connection after awhile and make ya call them to reset it. so just leave it on
