Yes, you can still become pregnant. If your period stops due to low body weight, you may begin ovulating at any point, and not know until later when your period starts up again. Don't forget, you're period comes AFTER you ovulate, so basically you can be ovulating a month before your period starts and not know it. Also, sperm can stay alive in the uterus or vaginal canal for up to a week, so it it's still alive and you begin ovulating again, you could get pregnant.
Always use contraceptives. And eat healthy so that you gain weight. If you eat so little that your body weight stops your period, then there's a problem.

Not having a period means that you are not ovulating. You have to make eggs in order to get pregnant. The chances are really slim. But that doesn't mean you absolutely can't.....and you can still get any STD.

There's always a possibility...you could just be irregular. Knowing that you still have a period, you should use some kind of contraception...you should not only be worried about getting pregnant, but STD's too...

I don't think you can conceive when you aren't at a healthy body weight....like being underweight. You need to see a gynecologist.
