Why would one jeopardize themself in order to prove a point? Wouldn't that just prove that the person isn't strong enough to actually make the point? Suicide is very selfish, and I can't see how you could ever get the satisfaction of proving something and being right, it's not a wise idea!

You kill to prove a point--- Imagine you will be dead so many times in your life. We are always at loggerheads and avoiding the confrontation is impossible, as disputation in their forms can be a pandemic occurrence. The rationale is discarding those disputations that serve no purpose in our lives. Disputation is best among equals when rarest of knowledge as in exchanges can be rewarding for mutual respect. Conversely, among mediocre person in disputation, I guess, proving a point in an argument can be irrelevance and uncompromising in the end. ---why bother at all.

Say for example you have a strong opinion about the verity of a piece of information. Even if you killed yourself, it still doesn't convince others that it is true. It merely shows how passionate you were about trying to prove it. Unless the point had something directly to do with your death.

lol no way! that would just be so stupid and that not all the time would prove the point. Proving the point is you should fight for it, not kill yourself.
