The truth is, there are no scientific mumbo-jumbo to fully explain this phenomena (U know, bad things happened to good people, good things happened to bad people and stuff)..
It's just life, but you don't have to be sad or discouraged by it's unjustly behaviour. Just remember that things happened for a reason, whether it's good or bad. It's best to just learn from them and let nature takes it course..
In some eccentric way, these bad experiences will help you in your future judgements, and that is to be more careful in dealing with your daily situations..
However, with all the bad things happening around us, all over the world, it's not wrong to do good deeds to people. Hey, at least we tried to make the world a better place..
Good Luck!

Nice people get hurt the most because they open themselves up for the opportunity to get hurt. Most people who are nice want to be treated the same. More times than not they have been and that just reassures them they are doing the right thing. 100% of the time, God wants people to be nice. For those who believe in heaven and hell, there is a place in heaven for the nice people in the world.

I'm sorry that you get treated so awful for being nice. There is no scientific explanation for it but all I can say is its human nature. They're are so many people who can only show there love by treating you bad because they know you'll always be there when you need them.

I am 48 years old and all my life I have been an nice girl. When my mom and grandmother were alive they called me the peacemaker. Blessed is the peacemaker my grandmother would say. If you consider the Bible scientific then there you have it.. I'm still a good guy that keeps getting stepped on. I think I do it to try to please people..Anyways the good part about being a nice person is that I can fall asleep really fast and I have a really good outlook about life.

Yes! There IS a scientific explanation for this! Check out the movie on this web site:
http://www.thesecret.tv/
It talks about the law of attraction. This is happening to you because you believe it will. Because you are thinking about it and reinforcing it in your mind. The movie above has experts in all sorts of scientific fields that can explain to you how this law of attraction works.

Because you feel sorry for people, your kind and will go out of your way to help others, and when you need help, no one there. Right! Your are too trusting, and it will come someday when you will stop and think, before you say yes. And then maybe you won't get hurt. I sometimes think we put ourselves in that position. Does that mean we should be cruel, nasty, rotten to people,No just do what is important for you, and don't give in too quick.

I am not sure if nice people get hurt the most, it may however be true that nice people care about their feelings being hurt.
So called mean people just do not seem to care about the consequences of their actions.
So do not change being nice is okay.

Nice people always get hurt because they care the most. Their emotions are always in check and usually they are the type of personalities to sympathize with others' pain rather than be apathetic.

I don't think that there's a scientific explanation- but in general, nice people don't assert themselves. They can be quiet and sometimes shy (like me) and people feel feel like they can take advantage of me / decide things for me. Also, very very nice people are often sensative, (I know I am).

LOl I feel the same, but you just can't help it. Everyone has their own perspective on life and they think different than others. You may think one thing is right, but another would think it's completely wrong...you get what I mean? I think it has to do with spirituality too, if you know yourself better than your guards will come down and you will be less aggressive.
