Western North Carolina is an even four seasons, with highs in the summer at least 10 degrees lower than the lower lying areas nearby. Cost of living? Depends on what your use to!

Well if Tennessee is too hot, you are out of luck... I know the midwest can get hot during the summer but basically year around is pretty nice (with some extremes)

And it's nice where I live but way to hot for you... Louisiana is nice right now (it's 50 degrees tonight) but the summer can get to 95 degrees with 95% humidity so the heat index will kick up to 120 degrees + even though the northern part of the state doesn't get as much humidity as say New orleans (but gets the heat index)

nicely I stay in California, and also you should definitely be bowled over at how low-cost a number of those horse residences are going for now. My kin may have the funds for the same funds as you, and we've horse belongings. i'd deffinatly advise that you shop a seem out on California, it really is an excellent position to personal a horse. I lived in Flordia also, and that i did not note as many horse residences as there are right here, or as a lot strong using places as California, yet thats now to not say that there are not i'm particular there are. If no longer California my best suggestion ought to likely be Arizonia. residences are low-cost sufficient, there's a huge variety of horse residences, and its an quite horse freindly state. strong seem along with your flow!!! :D

Summer in Amarillo Texas averages like 92 degrees. That isn't too bad. Winters aren't bad either.
