My biggest regret is a long sad story. I had a fenced in backyard. I let my dog out for about 5 or 10 minutes, I had done this many times, and when I came out to get him, I found him dead. I found him a few months earlier, he was a stray and I fell head over heels in love with him. He was less than a year old when he died. To this day, I don't know what caused his death, the vets told me he was perfectly healthy, and he was up to date on all his vaccines. This caused me more pain than I can even describe, and I will always regret letting him out by himself. I will always blame myself for the loss of my best friend. :(

my partner had just got a little house when we first got together. i gave him things from my house and bought bits and pieces to help him out. about 6 months on we fell out. i was so hurt and angry because i knew we still loved each other. i took every stupid thing i'd gave him back in spite. he had to go to his mums the next morning for breakfast coz he didnt even have cutlery. we got back together about 2 months later.
that was 7 years ago and we've lived together for 6. to this day i could cry when i think of how hurtful i was to the person i love so much. i was a nasty bi*ch

I went behind my boyfriend's back and hung out with a couple of guys. We had this agreement that girls can't exactly have guy friends without one having some kind of thing (sexual desire) for the other. I didn't have bad intentions, but I lied about where I was and what I was doing.

I felt miserable. I never intended on cheating, nor was I attracted to them. I was ignorant and felt that guys and girls could be true friends. Boy was I wrong. I know this might sound preposterous, but I believe it. I was naive. There are some cases where it can actually happen (he's a co-worker, he is gay). Although it happened months ago, I still feel guilty. I will never forgive myself.

Not learning an instrument or getting in to a sport or even a hobby! Im 22 now, but already feels as if Ive lost time! But in light of world situations (like all shown on comic relief) my regrets dont seem important..

Hard to say. sadly, there are many things in my life i really regret, like not trying harder at school, not going to see my grand dad in the hospital.... too many. But probably the most, is hurtin people i love and not bein stronger person.

My biggest regret is not being able to wake my partner up. If only I had found him sooner then maybe my attempts to revive him would have worked.

I miss him so much and am in a lot of pain

Tears, idle tears, I know not what they mean.
Tears from the depth of some divine despair
Rise in the heart and gather to the eyes,
In looking on the happy autumn-fields,
And thinking of the days that are no more

Not leaving my 1st husband when I was pregnant with my daughter
He beat me black and blue and put me through years of physical and sexual abuse,
I once got as close to death as it's possible to be because of him,
I then went on to marry another just like him,
After 2 years of abuse from him I left.
I now have no confidence and I doubt myself all the time,
Anything I achieve means nothing
I want to be a Lawyer, but I can't because I'm too damaged

Leaving my present boyfriend once in past, but we are together again,so nothing to regret so much.

And one fast advice:
Its better to regret something you have done but to regret cause of something you haven't
