The white people were the first to venture North after the last ice age. They followed the large herding animals that provided everything that the people needed. As the ice melted and lush grass popped up, the herds moved North.
The Northern sun is far less intense so skins became lighter in order to absorb the vitamin C. The dark pigment was unnecessary to protect the eyes so they lightened too.
Some people ask why the Japanese and Eskimos have dark hair, skin, and eyes even though they live up North ? the answer is that they will lighten up as well, in time.
Come around about three hundred thousand years from now, and meet the blond blue-eyed Japanese and Eskimos.

What a biased and ignorant question! For a start, define "white". You can't. Many diferent societies have differently coloured hair. In Australia there is blonde hair among Aboriginal people of the central desert and there is red hair in Papua New Guinea. I don't know every society in the world so I can't comment on others - but I do know more than you do.
You are "Asian" you say. Turkish? Israeli? Sri Lankan? Russian? There are lots of Asians out there with lots of different appearances.

This is not true to begin with. People from other races have light hair and colored eyes as well. The primary reason for the lightness of eyes and color of eyes is the melanin content in a person.
There could be both biological and geographical reasons for why white people have them more. To begin with, once it's in the genes, these traits multiply. But originally I would guess that it had to do with the climate that the people lived in and eventually their bodies had reactions based on their environment and diet.

The pigment melanin darkens eyes, hair, and skin. Originally, people came from Africa (according to the latest scientific thought) and were probably dark. The Indo-European (Indus river area near India) race is the progenitor of the white races, which include semites and hamites, including Arabs, Indo-Aryans, and Europeans. These people probably lost pigment by selective breeding as they moved NORTH. In the north, there is less sunlight, and people must have vitamin D to allow bones to grow. Otherwise they develop rickets and can die. So pale people were able to absorb the limited light of the north and eventually most people were more pale in the more northern areas. At least that is the scientist explanation that people think these days, who knows if it is true????????
Eye color is controlled by at least eight different genes, and different breeding produces different colors. But the light blue is the most recessive. Breed blue with brown and you can get color mixing to get hazel or green. Same with hair color. It is just like those experiments you did with fruit flies in high school only more fun.

That is not always true. I have blue eyes and naturally dark brown hair and I am white. It's different with everyone. My father-in-law- (who is Native) Has bright ice blue eyes. Just depends on your genes I guess.

It is because there is no pure recessive genes in any other race besides Caucasian. Therefore the only trait that is shown in non Caucasian people is the dominant trait of brown/ black hair brown eyes.

We are much more varied in our coloring than the other races.
Europeans being so far north developed lighter skin, due to less extreme sun exposure...darker skin is best to have in southern climates. Eye color? You got me.

Well it depends on your definition of "white"
I've seen Puerto Ricans with red hair and green eyes; Argentinians with Blonde hair and blue eyes; Spaniards with Dark hair and blue eyes.
Isn't variety wonderful?
