I think that is a great idea.. you can focus on advertising at daycares to parent and moms.. Carson Pirie Scott has something like that available in their stores here in Illinois. Its a great time for girls.. usually ages 13 and under.. They get together with their friends and they provide them with dress-up materials and other services based on what type of tea party it is. At the end there is always a group picture with the girls all dressed up. Its a great time.

I would start with schools, girl scouts,sororities. etc.,
having themed tea parties would be a gret focus in my opinion. And when you open your tea house you can have themed rooms like the georgia bell or The English Suite or Mommy and me or the Tea for Tots room...all themed accordingly... Good Luck
