Also, would you consider this horse over at the knees?

There does not appear to be more than a hint of being over on this horse.

I once had a jumper who looked like he might fall on his face at any second because of being over at the knee. Other than the fact that his stride was a little short in the front he never had any problems, and he never took a lame step.

No, I wouldn't say this horse is over at the knee. It has some other conformational issues, though, including a very long back indicative of its stock type ancestry (a long back can mean a weak back, especially in a jumper). When a horse is over at the knee, they tend to have a much shorter stride. They can also be more prone to arthritis and degenerative joint diseases.

I would not consider that horse over at the knee. a horse that is over at the knee always looks like someone broke thier leg at the knee and it did not heel right. from their shoulder to the bottom of their foot is supposed to be a straight line if that is the case then do not worry.

This horse is over at the knees and has a horrible back end. I would not pay 9,000 for it.
