I don't know but it seems like we are behind the power curve when it comes to government services. I was stationed in Germany when I was in the Army and discovered that German government really takes care of their citizens. They may pay alot in taxes but recieve health care and new mothers get monthly income for their children for the first 2 years of the child's life. It just seems more beneficial to everyone.

Someone has to pay for all the wars you get involved in. Try peace for a change, reduce your military expenditure and spend the money on health care, education and welfare. You will then have healthier, happier and better educated citizens who won't want to go to war all the time.
