That's like asking if only one of a pair of identical twins have a soul. Even though personally, I don't believe in souls.

Yes, clones (people--not animals) have souls. For example, if someone cloned you, your clone would have a soul (like a free will), the same brain as you, and EVERYTHING. So, yes, people clones DO have souls.

I believe all humans have souls, even a cloned one. Cloning is bad though that's why it produces problems regarding ethics and morality...

No one has ever been able to demonstrate that ANYONE has a soul. So there's no point in speculating as to whether or not a clone does.
