prefferbly without cutting skin but still unnoticale to a screener.

cutting skin or sand paper won't do it, your fingerprint pattern will just grow back. what the gangsters used to do in the 1930's was acid which kills the skin and leaves scar tissue. this too will leave a print but not an identifiable one. unless of course you get arrested and they take new print samples of the scar tissue. i suppose a plastic surgeon could graft in new skin tissue onto your fingertips. again this is just a change and once a new record is made, you are still screwed. if you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

I don't know why you want to know but i do not think its possible short of genetic mutation...or you could make a make using latex or something and put it on your finger.
