If you are going to stuff the toes use sponge. It will be more comfortable on your toes than tissue.

That happened to me once. I was shopping for my 8th grade graduation heels and saw this cute pair of high heels on sale for only $5! They were originally like $45. So, duh, i bought them. They were a little bit big (I'm a 5 1/2, the heels were a 6)
I knew i was gonna dance that night, so i didn't want the shoes to be too big and loose, so i stuffed some cotton balls in it. If your shoes are not sandals (ie. closed toe heels), then stuff paper towels in the front, or like cotton balls - anything soft will work. If they are sandals though, then you might want to bring them to, i don't know...a shoemaker or something and see what they can do about it. Anyways, good luck! :)

If they are just a bit too big you can try stuffing the toe of the shoe with something soft like cotton balls or toliet tissue..but if they are just way to biug sell them on e-bay to get a little profit and try buying some new ones.

Take them to a shoe repair store and see what they can do to make them smaller.
