You definitely Do Not want to turn off your virus protection
and go on the Internet!! That's asking for trouble. What
Browser are you using? IE7? If so why don't you try using
Firefox, It's more user friendly, www.mozilla.com
it's real easy to download and install. That might possibly do
the trick. Also have you tried opening the control center
of the anti virus you might be able to tweak the settings to
enable your getting on the site (use the help section) if
you're having trouble see if you can get a live chat, or
call them. There should be some option out there, verses
turning off your virus protection. Hopefully this helped you
somehow. Good luck
