Not really his dad George senior paid for those titles just before George Jr's nomination. You should be able to tell by Dubya's illiteracy and informal speech he uses as normal speech. Bush has a IQ of 91 man, that's not the mind of Harvard & Yale.

I'm a Public speaker and a salesman. I speak to groups daily...I know Ive sounded like a dummy at times....just the way it is......Public speaking is no indicator of intelligence or ability
The President has a Masters degree...more than most of the Hate Posters here..They appear to have a 4th grade education....maybe

His poor public speaking is just an act to try and make the rest of the nation think that he is one of us. I mean I would rather have some who gets things done and speak poorly, then to have a great speaker like clintion who didn't get anything done.
