Go to DMV and apply for a lost title, if bike is stolen you'll find out very quick.

Not a real good idea to purchase any motor vehicle without a title. The first thing that comes to mind is that you may have purchased a stolen scooter. Take the vin. number down to the local police, explain the situation and ask them to check it for wants.

Don't ever buy any vehicle without a title. The title is all that shows the buyer has the right to sell it. You can only get it from the owner, whoever and where ever that person may be. Start by going back where you bought it.

Well, where did you get it from? If it didn't come with a title, that would say to me that it was stolen...
