There is no one hardest sport because:
1 We're all different. What is hard for one person isn't hard for the next.
2 We can only measure ourselves against what another athlete does. There is no way to take football and baseball and set a standard for each that is equal to the other. There is no way to know if scoring a touchdown is harder than going deep.

Definitely mixed martial arts (like UFC), the training alone would stop most from taking part, then there is the pain to endure when you get beaten, anyone who can do this as a sport has my complete admiration Randy Coulture is my hero What a brave man at 43 years old and just beat Tim Sylvia to regain the heavyweight title.

Well it depends. I say as long as you practice hard then no sport is hard to play.
