Event planning is in my future...?

Are there any event planning courses I can take in the Akron, OH area that don't cost an arm and a leg?

I am not from the OH area but I do know that there are several good online courses that are equally reputable.

try to go to a community college and take project management. or look into PMI. http://www.pmi.org/info/default.asp event planning is the same as project management, and beleive me it is a great skill to have.
