As a lesbian, I can tell you that we are GREAT for the environment!
As you said, we (generally) don't have our own children ( or don't have as many) and we beautify the surrounding areas with our looks alone!

Noah, Noah, Noah.
You do realize if every American stood side by side today, we'd all fit into Texas?
As for all that other crap...
1 - Everyone deserves a right to be born.
2 - Urban dwellers DO have cars
3 - Vegetarians actually fart more than non-vegetarians, which means more methane gas. By the way, there was a leading vegetarian head of state in the 20th century. His name? Hitler.
4 - Mars is getting warmer, too. Ever given a thought that it might just be the Sun causing global warming, at least in part?

I dont believe LGBT people do get offended even as everybody mentions Christianity or faith. We in person-friendly words get offended even as the bible is used selectively to condone lack of information and prejudice. via the a even as the bible has been used to condone many stuff which at the instantaneous are considered unacceptable. To take one party, "in spite of if slavery is now universally condemned as against the law adverse to humanity, it replaced into time-honored in antiquity, and keen about no interest as area of the commercial equipment and society of the time. The Bible does no longer regard it as an abomination, and regulates its prepare, and from time to time compels the enslavement of others." maximum individuals, such as many Christians, comprehend that interior a similar way because the bible replaced into used to justify unacceptable medical care of black people in the previous, it really is at the moment getting used to justify unacceptable medical care of gay people now. In destiny years the way some Christians use the bible adverse to gays at the moment will be called unethical and unchristian in the way that those who used it to justify slavery are considered now.

Yeah, if you want diversity. I dont mind people that are bisexuals, lesbians, and transgendered individuals because they are people like us and they are pretty cool. I know that i will never turn away from being straight. I like having gay guy friends because they are so much easier to talk to with your problems

Uhhhh... That's one way of looking at it...
But it really isn't that big of a difference. Methane from cow farts does make a difference (see http://thethoughtsontheworld.blogspot.com/2007/02/factsheet.html).

Scientifically, yes.
Interesting and weird thought, the fact that your sexuality can actually help the environment in a way. Thanks for bringing that up. :)

By that argument, wouldn't anyone who doesn't have kids be good for the enviroment -- regardless of the reasons why they don't have kids?

A lot of gays procreate.
I am not bashing gays. I just wonder why you equate gay with childlessness.
