I guess I'm in the minority on this one. I love that song. The country version is grosser though.

yeah the track is lovable- while you're actually not the chuffed better half who's sitting in the different room next the cooling physique imprint of a guy who's in yet another room candy talking yet another woman. notably stable vocals, and that i admire the 80s hair band sense, poor message.

I don't like the idea of the song but it is such a great tune. I hate that it is about a guy wanting another girl when he has a girlfriend. Sends the wrong message but I can't help liking the song. Good melody (I think thats what its called).

oh there is a lot worse. rap for example. and the song isn't about cheating people. the word BUT. think about it, what follows the word but? the opposite of what is in front of it. so "i never wanna say goodbye but girl you make it hard to be faithful..." he doesn't want to say goodbye, but he is going to. he doesn't say he is, he gives the reason. it's just like saying "i don't want to go to work but i'll get fired." i'm gonna be going to work lol. and as a buddy of mine pointed out, he says "hard to be faithful" that doesn't mean he cheats, just that it is hard not to. you can't help who you have feelings for, but you don't always act on your feelings

Why is it gross? He is saying that TALKING to her makes him miss her and want to be with her instead of the girl he's with. It's not what you're thinking...
